Cancellation policy:

  • For cancellations made until February 20, 2026 inclusively, a reimbursement will be made of the amount paid for the registration minus $25 as processing fees

  • There will be no reimbursement for cancellations made after February 20, 2025

Same registration fee if attending in person or on Zoom

 

For those students who have never been a member of ITS, by registering for the symposium, you are eligible for a 50% reduction in ITS membership fee for 2026; you can select this offer when you register.

Please note that the last day for in-person registration is February 20, 2026. After this date, registration will only be available for online attendance.

on March 2nd, 2026, at 5 pm MT.
